For exchanges or returns within the United States, please email ryankelton35@gmail.com to request a return address Click here to request and print a prepaid return shipping label. All shoevortex items can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receipt if they are new, unworn and in original packaging, along with any promotional gifts. Once the package has been received by our warehouse and the condition of the returned item has been confirmed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

OUR POLICY
Shoevortex's return and exchange policy applies to orders placed at shoevortex.com. All products must be returned in new and unused condition, undamaged and with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories (such as laces) and dust bags (if applicable). If a product shows signs of wear or has been used or has been altered in any way from its original condition, we reserve the right not to accept any return or, as an alternative, we may reduce any applicable refund or exchange amount accordingly.

Any delivery or non-receipt issues must be reported to shoevortex within 5 days of the delivery date indicated on the FedEx or DHL tracking number supplied in order for a shipping claim to be filed.

Shoevortex cash on delivery. It is recommended to send packages via FedEx with a tracking number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.

 

LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of shoevortex.

REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your shoevortex account or future orders being refused.


COLORS We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on shoevortex as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and extra laces (if included) to receive a refund.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
Worn shoes or shoes that do not come with original packaging, tags and accessories are not eligible for a refund.
To return with FedEx, drop off your purchase at any authorized FedEx Location or set up a FedEx account to book a collection.

 

Shoe Vortex Warranty
We stand behind our sneakers and slippers. If a Shoevortex shoe or slipper you purchased directly from Shoevortex.com develops a defect in material or workmanship within 30 days of receipt of purchase, you can simply return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. As part of the process, we often ask for photos before processing an exchange or return.

International returns

All shoevortex items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, provided they are brand new, unworn, in the original shoebox or packaging, along with any promotional gifts, to be eligible for a refund. Please also include the original packing slip or order confirmation when packing your items. To receive a return shipping label, the order must be returned from the original shipping country.

All returns must be received in unused/new condition and in the original shoe box to receive a refund. Exchanges are not available on international orders. If you would like to receive a different shoe or size, please visit our website to place a new order.

Duty and sales tax are not refundable through shoevortex. However, you can recover this information by contacting your local customs office or hiring a customs broker.

 

Refund processing
All refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.

shoevortex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, amend and/or repeal the above return and delivery policy in whole or in part.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you return a product purchased using multiple payment methods, the balance will be charged to your credit card, up to the amount originally charged. Refunds include product and tax only. If the incorrect item is shipped, or the product is damaged in transit, we will also include shipping costs in your refund.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to reject or refuse a full refund based on the circumstances of the return and/or if it exceeds the notified return period.
