Q. How do I buy shoevortex product online?
A. Use the menu on the top of the page to browse the site by product category. To access more information or purchase an item, you can also click on the product image on each page and you will be taken to the item's product detail page as well as to more colors for each style.
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, go to your shopping cart and click on the Delete Item option. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the CHECKOUT button.
Q. What are shoevortex online payment options?
A.shoevortex accepts several methods of payment:
Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (issued in the U.S.*)
Debit Cards - Visa or MasterCard (issued in the U.S.*)
PayPal - We accept PayPal for U.S. Orders only.
we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or C.O.D. service.
shoevortex.com currently accepts Credit Card and Debit Card accounts issued by a U.S. bank or financial institution and billed to an address within the 50 states. For International orders, shoevortex offers additional payment options including by currency.
Q: What are our shipping options and fees?
A: The shoevortex delivery team processes orders on working days only (Monday to Friday only). Packages are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. Orders placed before 12:00 PST will be processed the same business day. All orders are subject to credit authorization and approval before being accepted by our system as a completed purchase. Credit card companies sometimes hold certain orders for security verification and release them upon final authorization.
We ship Shoevortex packages to all 50 states in the United States. However, we are unable to ship packages to PO Boxes. Box. We do ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or to addresses outside the U.S., but delivery can take up to 30 days. Currently, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, We do. We have received requests for our products from around the world and we are happy to now be able to provide an international shipping solution. Please carefully read our procedures listed below to learn more about how our international shipping works.
Q. How does international shipping work?
A. shoevortex has partnered with Global-E to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country, you will be automatically transferred to our Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, shoevortex will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. You will be issued a confirmation and order tracking number upon your order being approved. All orders are subject to credit authorization and approval before being accepted as a completed purchase in our system.
Q: What are our shipping options and fees (international)?
A.shoevortex delivery team processes orders on working days only (Monday to Friday only). Packages are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. Orders take an average of 24 hours to process and then shipped for international processing. On average, it can take 5 to 14 days for you to receive your international order.
For international orders, shipping and handling fees are charged per item based on the weight of the item. These fees will be provided for your approval at checko.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: When placing an order on Shoesvortex.com, you will receive an email confirming your order and another email once your order has shipped. Please be sure to provide a valid email address during the ordering process in order to receive this communication.
You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the Order Status section directly on shoevortex.com. Please note that you will need to provide your order number and email address to use this feature.
If you have not received an email confirming that your order is being processed, or have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please note that this may mean that your order is still being processed, or that your shipping confirmation email may be stuck Filter out spam.
